The first-ever overseas fan meeting of Japan's Calbee will be held at the Calbee factory in Hong Kong on Saturday, March 21, 2026! The event will offer exclusive experiences only available at the fan meeting, such as factory tours, special food sampling, various activities, and direct dialogue with Calbee management. We sincerely invite you to join this fun and tasty fan meeting and co-create this memorable event with Calbee staff. Selected participants can invite up to one companion, be it an adult or a child, to share the unique Calbee fan experience.

*Participants must be 18 years old or above, and companions must be 6 years old or above.

How to Apply

Complete the following steps between January 16 and February 6, 2026, to register:
1. Purchase any Calbee products worth HK$30 or more from any retailer (single machine-printed receipt)
2. Upload the receipt and fill in your personal information on the registration page (link provided below)
3. Answer two questions to show us your enthusiasm for attending the fan meeting

Note: Each receipt can only be used for one registration, but there is no limit to the number of registrations per participant.

• Please read the terms and conditions carefully before applying.
• After the registration deadline, Calbee Four Seas Co., Ltd. will select 15 participants based on the selection criteria. The list of selected participants will be announced on Calbee's official social media platforms (Facebook and Instagram) on February 20, 2026.
• The selected participants will be notified via email by March 10, 2026, regarding their successful registration and event arrangements.

Selection Criteria

As the name 'Calbee Fan Meeting' suggests, this event aims to gather Calbee's loyal fans and provide them with a specially arranged fan activity. It allows us to communicate and interact closely with our fans and exchange ideas. However, due to limited space at the venue, only a small number of fans can be accommodated. Therefore, we need to ask a few questions to help us understand our fans better and select the most enthusiastic ones to join us.

The selection will be based on the following two main criteria:

• Enthusiasm: Calbee hopes that participating fans are genuinely eager to join and actively engage in the activities and interactions. We want to sense their enthusiasm through their stated purpose for participating.
• Closeness to Calbee: The closer the relationship between the fan and Calbee, the greater the trust and expectations they have for the brand. Share with us your story about Calbee and how close you feel to the brand.
